Key technology for production of battery management system includes: 
(1) SOC estimation: it applies the most advanced Vmin-EKF estimation, precisely and dynamically estimating the SOC.
(2) Current detection: it can always detect the current in process of charging and discharging of the battery pack in real time through Hall current sensor.
(3) Bus communication: there are 2 CAN interfaces in the main control module for communicating with total vehicle system (ECU)

 or other transmit-receive units of CAN bus. It can transfer the information of total pressure, total current, SOC and fault

 of the battery pack to ECU or transmit-receive units of CAN bus in real time through the CAN bus. It transfers the voltage,

 body temperature and other information of each monomer in the battery pack through RS485 bus of the data acquisition module or CAN communication.
(4) Detection of monomer element voltage: it can isolate and expand the series single cell voltage to detect each single cell voltage in real time.
(5) Balance function: it can conduct balance management to the element through balance management control strategy,

 which increases consistency of the monomer element and application performance of the whole battery.
